This centre offers accommodation over three floors with 24-hour access, dedicated parking, super-fast broadband and fully manned reception. The offices are suitable for new start-ups, expansion, short-term or long-term accommodation with units for one- to two-person businesses right up to multi-room office suites. The building is fully secured by an alarm system outside of standard operational hours and has its own secured on-site car parking which is locked at night to prevent unauthorised access. Each of the businesses based at this centre have their own keys making it ideal for all businesses requiring office facilities with 24-hour access.
Prices start from £125 for a serviced office, inclusive of standard services (electricity, gas, water and internet). We allow free use of the two board rooms for in house tenants, provided with small optional service (tea/coffee/biscuits) for a small fee. We are VAT exempt. The reception handles post forwarding to it tenants and will bring all letters, packages and notices to the tenant.
