Dear Perry/Working Space London I wanted to provide some feedback on the process of securing an offi...ce in London. I was tasked with finding an office space for our satellite team to work at in London. I did not know much about the areas or the different office options available and hence contacted quote a few agents to arrange viewings. Right from the beginning it was evident the Working Space London had a more personal feel. Perry spent time speaking with me understanding our needs and subsequently sent a tailored selection of offices to view. As with other agencies, I was expecting to go on the viewings alone, however, Perry spent the whole day walking around London attending all the viewings. As someone new to this process, he was a brilliant resource for general advice and information about the market and what we should and more importantly shouldn’t be looking for. We needed a bigger office and our current serviced office company wanted to charge us way more than we wanted to pay for upsizing, so we decided to have Working Space London do some research for us. They do all the hard work and have saved us loads of time contacting potential offices individually! We were given a list of potential fits, chose the ones we wanted to see and they set up the viewings for us. They’re also there to support with any kind of contract negotiations.
