A rare opportunity has arisen for a private office in the well known White Cube building on Hoxton Square. The building is famous for having formally housed the White Cube Gallery, which displayed works by contemporary A-listers such as Tracey Emin and Anthony Gormley. original artwork. Sadly the gallery painted over it believing it to simply be graffiti, much to their later embarrassment.

More recently, it has housed many fast growing and glamorous companies. It is laid out as 4 private, self contained offices, one per floor with a manned reception servicing all floors. The building has been fitted
out to a first class standard, with glass meeting rooms, phone booths and attractive furniture on each floor.

The Square is full of fast growing tech companies giving the area a real buzz of activity. There are also bars and restaurant around the square providing a cultural hub of social activity

East London covers a large number of districts in London; everything to the east of the City of London including Shoreditch, Hoxton, Bethnal Green, Hackney, Leyton, Barking and Canary Wharf.

Due to the bombing during the Second World War, the East End was targeted because it contained some of the most important dockland areas close to the River Thames.

The area has gone through extensive urban re-generation including the replacement or improvement of council homes. The redevelopment coincided with the staging of the 2012 Olympic Games. Victoria Park and West Boating Lake are within the area and prove to be a popular destination with professionals and locals alike. There are many amenities in the vicinity, including banks, convenience stores, restaurants, parks, bars and coffee shops, making this an ideal location in which to base a business.

The knock-on effect led to lower rents and more available property, which in turn after regeneration allowed the area to become more affluent pushing up property prices in recent years as businesses have found it easy to get office space. East London is now a popular business location, offering a very diverse and cultural centre to work from.
