If you would like to find an address to impress, Mayfair is definitely the area to look for serviced office space.

Businesses in Mayfair

Mayfair is popular with companies in the financial, law and business services sectors, so you’ll find plenty of asset management firms, management consultancies and solicitors in this locale. Many large national and international corporations also have offices or base their headquarters in the area.

Surrounded by tube stations served by the Central, Piccadilly, Victoria, Bakerloo and Jubilee lines, it’s an easy area to commute to.

As you’d expect, there are quite a few stunningly furnished high-end serviced offices in Mayfair. But you’d also be pleasantly surprised by how many office spaces it has that are comparable in price to other Central London areas, so getting an impressive address for your business can be affordable here.

What to do in your lunch break

If you like sitting outside, there are plenty of parks and squares where you can catch the sun and watch the world go by – Berkeley Square and Grosvenor Square are among the most famous. Or, if you prefer your green spaces to be a lot larger, you’re just over the road from Green Park in the south or Hyde Park in the west. If you like fine art, visit an exhibition at the Royal Academy of Arts or explore one of the many private galleries in the area. There are also plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants to meet someone for lunch or coffee. And, of course, you can go shopping (or window shopping) in the exclusive boutiques and luxury shops that line Burlington Arcade and Bond Street. Or peruse the designer labels in department stores such as Selfridges and Fenwick. You’ll also find a wide selection of the more affordable chain stores in Oxford Street, which is on the area’s northern boundary.

What to do after work

Mayfair has plenty of bars, restaurants and hotels where you can treat yourself to a well-deserved cocktail or delicious meal. From affordable eateries to Michelin-starred fine dining – the area caters for all pockets and all cuisines. Alternatively, you make your way east towards Soho, Chinatown and Covent Garden. You’ll also be close to the theatres on Shaftesbury Avenue and cinemas in Leicester Square, as well as a plethora of late night bars and clubs.
